Shipping and Returns

Pre-order items will ship with the rest of the items in  your order.

Returns must be done no later than 5 days past delivery date/local pickup date. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please DM or email shopgraeandco@gmail.com to start a return.

Items for return must be in unworn original condition with tags. Reimbursement will not be sent if items are worn or damaged.

Buyer is responsible for wrong address re-shipping.

Grae & Co. will not be responsible for lost, damaged  or stolen packages once received by the carrier. Insurance may be purchased at checkout to insure lost/damaged packages.

Please note: Upcycled/Vintage items may have normal or purposeful wear and tear or staining due to being vintage/second-hand and having a distressed look.
