Shipping and Returns

Pre-order items will ship with the rest of the items in  your order.

Returns must be done no later than 5 days past delivery date/local pickup date. Shipping costs are deducted from return amount.

Items for return must be in unworn original condition with tags.

​

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and wrong address re-shipping.

​

Grae & Co. will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once received by the carrier.

​

Please note: Upcycled/Vintage items may have normal wear and tear or staining due to being second-hand.
